Clarifications
- Rates – There is a minimum charge of 1hr on all jobs, thereafter work is charged halfhourly.
- All of the prices mentioned above are subject to VAT at the current standard rate.
- Clients who require an on site quote would need to pay for a survey, this cost would be deducted from final invoice if we were then to be instructed on works.
- All prices subject to materials and parking.
- Any estimates provided on email are always subject to a site survey

- We reserve the right to ask for payment on completion – engineer takes payment whilst at the property.
- Any works over £1000 customers need to pay a 50% deposit upfront before any works start.
- For reactive call out works we reserve the right to charge for the first hour call out in advance to secure the booking. If payment of the first hour call out in advance is not made you could loose your booking slot. Please note this payment only covers the first hour call out. Any London tolls, parking costs additional labour time / materials incurred will be further charged.
- Any quotes / job reports / certification will not be released until full payment is received.
- Any abortive jobs would be charged at 1 hour this includes any cancellations up to 24 hours prior to appointment.
