- 4We will advise you of our next available appointment slots with an arrival window of between 2-4 hours.
- 5You’ll receive a confirmation email or text message, so you can sit back and be assured our highly skilled engineers are on their way to help.
- 6Our professional engineer will arrive in full Bluebell uniform, complete with an ID badge, within the permitted time slot. They will introduce themselves and then get straight to work.
